Contract:
We must receive payment in full for the goods (including shipping and any
additional value added taxes and/or prepaid tariffs and custom charges) before
your order can be accepted. Once payment has been pre-approved/received we will
confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on
your order form. Our acceptance forms a legally binding contract between us.
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason including, without
limitation and whether or not payment has been received, if:
-Your card issuer rejects payment for your goods;
-We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
-We do not deliver to your area;
-The goods ordered and/or the additional charges quoted were listed at an
incorrect price.
If your order is declined we will notify you by e-mail and make a full refund
of any payment made directly to the purchasing cardholders card. We will not be
obliged to offer any additional compensation.
Description of Goods:
It is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All
images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are all
for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Further
details of any of our goods or services are available by contacting us directly
using any method on our contact page.
Price and Postage and Packing:
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.
Shipping and/or any additional charges will be clearly indicated during the
ordering process. Charges to areas not listed can be obtained by contacting us
directly.
Refunds and Returns:
All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be received
in the condition they were dispatched. The packaging must be original and
intact. The cost of returning goods will be met by the buyer. We strongly
recommend using a secure form of delivery with adequate insurance for the goods
being sent.
Any refund will only be processed once the goods have been received by Pure
Nomade Limited to the address of dispatch and when fully inspected. Refunds
will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods and to the
original credit/debit card used.
Cancellation:
Risk in any product shall pass to the customer upon delivery. It shall be the
responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the
time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Pure Nomade Limited either
by e-mail or fax within 7 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full
refund will be made to the purchasers credit / debit card.
All cancellations after dispatch of goods will be subject to restocking fees.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, you must then
send the goods back to our dispatch address at your own cost and risk. If you
fail to take good care of the goods Pure Nomade Limited reserves the right not
to accept their return. If you cancel your contract but we have already
processed the goods for delivery you must return the goods to us unopened in
their original packaging.
Pure Nomade Limited will refund your purchase price to you (minus re-stocking
fees) within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition
they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we
shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovering the goods from the amount
to be re-credited to you. Please note proof of postage is not proof of
delivery.
Delivery:
We make every effort to get goods to you as quickly as possible, however if an
item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will notify
you via e-mail. If your goods are not in stock they will automatically be back
ordered for you. You will be e-mailed with the option to wait or to cancel.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been
delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at
your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims:
Damage in transit: If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a
note on the carrier’s delivery note and it will be your responsibility to
inform us within 2 days of delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages
as shown on the carrier’s delivery note and it will be your responsibility to
notify us within 2 days of delivery.
In-correct goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct
goods supplied within 2 days from delivery. Non-Delivery: We will not accept
liability for gods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from
the expected date of delivery.
Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any product must be
submitted to the company within 7 days of receipt of the advice note or
invoice. The company may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that
period.
Pure Nomade Limited do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Non-persistent cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the
contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Events Beyond Our Control:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have
ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered
that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control
including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial
disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or
accident.
Invalidity:
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any
provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any
other part of these conditions will not be affected to the extent that they are
capable of continuing in force without the unenforceable term or condition.
Distance Selling Regulations (General):
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order
for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund.(See Cancellation).
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions, together with our website prices, delivery details
and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply
of the goods to you by us and except where you are dealing as a consumer:
Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a
variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation
about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us; and Save for
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such
representation being untrue or misleading.
Changes to Terms and
Conditions: The company has the right to change the Terms and
Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions posted on our website at the
time of purchase will be the valid Terms and Conditions for that particular
sale.
